Refund policy

We have a 30 DAY return/Exchange policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a Return/Exchange.

ST Designs will cover the return shipping. Then you must take the item or items to the post office or ups to send back. Once return is received and inspected we will refund the customer in full minus original shipping cost and you will receive an email with confirmation.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags. You’ll also need to include you order slip.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Due to the nature of our business, we do make all items by hand. It is standard in the industry for there to be a 1/4 to 3/4 inch of placement error when your items are made. 


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Custom Items- we will not accept returns in customized items. We will offer to remake the items if there is an issue with the item you received. 

Exchanges 

We will honor an exchange within 30 days of purchasing if it meets these requirements-

  • Size change needed ( too large or too small) 

  • Item damaged ie: faulty design, hole in shirt or stain on a shirt

  • Wrong size sent by ST Designs 

**If ordering a mystery item we will send out the correct size with the same design/color choice if they’re still in stock. Otherwise, a new design/color will be given based on the customers original design choice.

Please include what items you would like to exchange for, size, color, design etc.

When we receive the items back ( In original condition, with store tag attached, un washed, unworn), we will process the exchange within 1-3 business day and ship out the replacement/exchange for the customer. If you want to track your exchange or replacement please include an email for us to send tracking with your package. 


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
