How long is your typical processing time for ST Designs retail orders?
We process all orders within 3–5 business days.
How long is your processing time for business orders?
Typically business orders take 1–2 weeks to process. This allows time to discuss goals, special requests, and inventory sourcing. Bulk orders over 50 items may take longer — if you have a deadline, please email our customer service for assistance.
How long is shipping?
We ship all items via USPS Ground Advantage (2–5 business days on average). Shipping time may vary based on location and day of dispatch.
Do you accept returns?
Yes! We accept returns on ST Designs retail items within 30 days. For custom orders, we offer replacements or store credit. See our policy page for details.
Do you accept exchanges?
Yes, within 30 days. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with tags attached. Exchanges apply to sizing, defects, or ST Designs order issues. Please refer to our full policy for more details.
Can you make me a shirt with a photo I have?
Absolutely! Just make sure your image is high-resolution (preferably 200 DPI). We offer full customization.
Can I get a brand of shirt that I don't see on your website?
Yes, just email us at customerservice@stdesignsllc.com to inquire. Pricing may vary based on brand.
Can you create a custom logo for me?
We can help to an extent. While we don’t specialize in full graphic design, we offer tools and referrals to help you get started.
