Have any issues or concerns with your order? Please reach out via TikTok Shop Chat under your order, or our website chat. 

We will honor an exchange within 30 days of purchasing if it meets these requirements-

  • Size change needed ( too large or too small) 
  • Item damaged ie: faulty design, hole in shirt or stain on a shirt
  • Wrong size sent by ST Designs 

**If ordering a mystery item we will send out the correct size with the same design/color choice if they’re still in stock. Otherwise, a new design/color will be given based on the customers original design choice.

When we receive the items back ( In original condition, with store tag attached, un washed, unworn), we will process the exchange within 1-3 business day and ship out the replacement/exchange for the customer.
